Application:

The belt dryer is an ordinary continuous drying equipment. Working Principle
  The machine is a box structure, and a multi-layer conveyor belt is arranged in the box, and the conveyor belt circulates in the box. The material is evenly distributed on the first conveyor belt. Through the transmission of the chain, the first layer of mesh belt is poured into the next layer of mesh belt, and the lower layer is alternately dropped one by one to the last layer of the mesh belt. At this time, the moisture content of the material meets the drying requirements. The air circulation adopts a countercurrent process, and the high temperature and low humidity airflow upward from the lowermost mesh belt of the dryer to carry out mass transfer heat transfer, thereby achieving the purpose of removing moisture, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the top through the induced draft fan. The equipment has a high degree of automation, and the materials are automatically turned over during the drying process to ensure uniform drying of the materials. It has the advantages of low labor intensity, a good working environment, and simple equipment maintenance. The bottom of the box is designed with a blanking swash plate and a quick opening cleaning door to facilitate the cleaning of the powder in the box.
